Feeling at Odds With Yourself?





Do you feel conflicted? Do you feel confused by all the different emotions you are experiencing?


Perhaps you say one thing to one friend and something completely different to another.

I am here to tell you, you are normal.


Although it may not feel like it, it is quite common to experience ambivalent feelings about just about anything.


If you are feeling conflicted, hold it. Listen to each part of you. This could be parts of yourself trying to speak your truth.


It can be hard to sit in this confusion. I invite you to sit in the space of I don't know, because when are we really 100% sure about anything.


It is hard and at times more so than others. It's uncertain which for many of us causes anxiety.


Hold this space for yourself and allow yourself to feel all those conflicting parts giving you different messages without getting lost in a sea of emotions.


What I am suggesting is not easy, but will be worth it.


As you slowly start to learn more about yourself you will make more informed decisions. Or not. Sometimes you may need to take a leap of faith one way or the other despite not having all the answers.


Thats okay too.


Know you can trust yourself and that you can work it out.
